Our metal protection tubes basically are made of stainless steel. The applications are manifold. Mainly this product is used to protect any kind of optical fiber or electric wire against influence from outside.
Effective protection can be achieved against mechanical stress, damages by rodents and birds and in heavy duty industrial surroundings. Further fragile and highly expensive glass fibers can be protected against breaking by restricting the bending radius of the protection tube accordingly.
The protection tubes are available in various styles. There are different construction principles to fit best to the application. The inner diameter is possible from 1,2mm to over 100,0mm. The tubes can be covered with different kind of plastic or elastomere like PVC, olefin, silicone or others. Normally these tubes are packed in reels but we are also able to deliver already cutted and assembled with panel connectors, end caps or other.
